These Terms govern use of https://wecreategrowth.life ("Website") operated by We Create Growth. By using the Website you accept these Terms. Paid services are governed by separate signed agreements that prevail over these Terms for client work.
1. Services description
We Create Growth provides performance marketing services including growth strategy, paid media management, conversion optimisation, and marketing automation from 100 Tras Street, #16-01, 100AM, Singapore 079027, Singapore. Website content is informational; it does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, scrape content without permission, impersonate us, or disrupt site operation. We may restrict access for violations.
3. Intellectual property
Website content is owned by We Create Growth or licensors. View and print for personal non-commercial reference only. No reproduction or commercial use without written permission. Client deliverables are governed by service agreements.
4. Enquiries
Contact form submissions must be accurate. Enquiries do not create a client relationship. We handle data per our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond within one business day during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT.
5. Service terms
Marketing services are provided under separate proposals and signed agreements. Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may suspend services.
6. Disclaimers
The Website is provided "as is" without warranties. Marketing results depend on market conditions, product quality, competition, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific ROI unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Case study metrics are historical examples, not promises.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from Website use. Total liability for Website-related claims is capped at SGD 100 except where exclusion is prohibited.
8. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from your Terms violations or misuse of the Website.
9. Third-party services
Google Maps and Google Fonts may load subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
